A processing operation with an API on the front of it.
Boutique Factory does two things. It licenses and operates the software that sells branded textile, and it turns logos into the files that production needs. Both are priced from a list, both run to a stated turnaround, and both are built to be integrated.
What the company does
The software side covers the whole path from a buyer choosing a garment to a factory receiving a marked order: e-shop generation, catalogue management, logo-to-product image rendering, order capture and production routing. It is licensed to operators who run it under their own brand, and it is also exposed as a fulfilment API for channels that would rather keep selling where they already sell and leave the physical side to us.
The artwork side takes a logo in whatever state it arrives and returns what production actually needs — vectors that hold at any size with the colours listed, and stitch files with underlay, density and pull compensation set for the fabric. Fixed prices, 24 to 48 hours, and every file checked before it is delivered.
The two halves are deliberately separate. Order artwork on its own, licence the software on its own, or take both — each stands up by itself.
How it is set up
Intake, routing, formats, pricing, checking and delivery are systematised. That is what makes a fixed price and a stated turnaround possible on work that is otherwise quoted job by job.
Fixed prices, published
The artwork price list is on the site. Where a job leaves the list it is quoted before it starts, and the quote is accepted before any work begins.
One turnaround
24 to 48 hours on artwork, for every customer and every order — the same 24 to 48 hours for a first order of one file as for a studio sending fifty a week.
Every file checked
Every file is opened and looked at before it is delivered. Consistency across every file is the output the whole arrangement exists to produce.
The legal entity
A UK company asking European businesses for a direct debit mandate should be trivially checkable. All of it is on the public register.
