Artwork orders and commercial enquiries have their own routes, but the ordinary one is open: an email address, answered by a person, whatever you are asking about.
General enquiries
Billing, artwork, an order that has gone sideways, or a question about whether any of this fits what you do. Write, and a person answers.
Licence and API enquiries
Information about the Platform Licence and the Fulfilment API is released to a signed-up account with a confirmed email address and a company VAT number. It keeps the enquiries serious, which is what makes a quick reply possible — and if your company cannot pass it, the address on the left reaches exactly the same people.
Making a commercial enquiry
Four steps, and it is worth knowing all four before you start the first.

Create an account
An email address and a password — that is the whole of it at this point.

Confirm the email
A link, one click. It confirms there is a person behind the address, which is what keeps the queue short.

Complete the company profile
Legal name, address, country and VAT number. The VAT number is checked against the EU register.

The enquiry form opens
Channel, volume, catalogue size, markets. A person reads what you send and replies to it.
A company outside the EU has no EU VAT number, so step three is handled by hand instead. A British or Swiss brand selling into the euro area is a perfectly ordinary customer. Write to the general address and we pick it up as a conversation.
What helps, whatever route you take: what you sell, where you sell it, roughly what volume, and which of the four offerings you think you are asking about. Guess freely on that last one — pointing you to the right one is part of the job.
