You keep the shop, and we handle everything physical.

Sell branded textile wherever you already sell it. Pull our catalogue, send us one logo, and display the product imagery we return. When an order arrives you transmit it, and we source the garment, mark it, pack it and ship it under your name.

Four steps, and the integration work is in the first two

Steps three and four run on machinery that is already in production today, handling live orders while you read this.

  1. 01

    Pull the catalogue

References, colours, sizes, live stock, prices and per-product lead time. One endpoint, paginated, cached however you like.

  2. 02

    Send one logo

We apply it across every product and every colourway and return the imagery. These are the pictures your storefront shows, at catalogue scale and ready to publish.

  3. 03

    Transmit the order

One POST when your buyer checks out. You get an order id, a confirmed price and a delivery date computed from the slowest line in the order.

  4. 04

    We ship it

Sourced, printed or embroidered, packed and dispatched. Your name on the parcel, your address on the return label.

A real order, and what comes back

The order object carries one shipment, one tracking number and one delivery date — a mixed-brand order ships as a single parcel, gated by its slowest line.

The surface

Five resources, six endpoints. Keys are issued per environment, and the sandbox is a full mirror of production you can develop against freely.

What white label means, concretely

Your brand holds all the way to the doorstep. Every point in the chain a buyer reaches carries your name.

The parcel
Plain, or your own packaging with your own branding on it.
The packing slip
Your company, your logo, your order reference, your terms.
The return address
Yours. Returns come to you, and you decide what happens next.
Tracking notifications
Sent by you, from your domain, driven by the events we push. Every message your buyer receives comes from you.
The invoice
We invoice you. Your buyer is billed by you, in your name, on your terms.

Your storefront's product photography, from one file.

For a channel carrying 400 references across a dozen colours, this is the whole integration: one upload returns catalogue imagery at catalogue scale, ready to publish.

What it costs

You pay the catalogue price for the garment, plus the marking. Those two lines are the whole invoice, and they are the whole model. Volume rebates apply and are agreed in the contract rather than published, because they follow from what you actually ship.

Minimum volume is agreed the same way, per enquiry rather than published — which is why the enquiry form asks what it asks.

Where we ship

Eleven countries, all euro, all SEPA, all inside the customs union — so your buyer pays one price in one currency and the parcel arrives as a domestic delivery.

Lead time follows the product, wherever it is going

5 to 10 working days from the order reaching us to the parcel arriving, depending on the brand of the garment. The figure holds in every country we ship to. Every product carries its own lead time in the catalogue, so your cart can show a real date — and a buyer who adds a 10-day item to a cart of 5-day items sees the whole order move to 10 days at that moment, well before checkout.

Made to order: every garment is produced for the order that asked for it. You order one piece or a thousand, and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. It takes a few days longer than shipping blanks off a shelf, and that is the trade.

What integrating actually takes

Sandbox first

A full mirror of production: real catalogue, real rendering, real order objects, with nothing produced and nothing invoiced. Keys are separate from live.

A few days of work

Five resources, JSON over HTTPS, cursor pagination, idempotency keys on writes. A developer who has integrated a payment provider will recognise everything here.

A person on your integration

Integrations are handled directly by the people who built the API. Where the catalogue does not map cleanly onto your model, we work it out with you in conversation.

Questions we get asked

Can I sell products you do not carry?
This API sells what our catalogue sells. If your range is genuinely your own, with your own products and your own factories, the Platform Licence is the offering built for exactly that.
Do you hold stock?
No — everything is made to order. That is what lets you order a single piece with nothing sitting in a warehouse, and it is why the lead time is 5 to 10 working days.
What happens with an order containing several brands?
It ships as one parcel with one tracking number, and its delivery date is the slowest line in the order. The order object returns that date when you create it.
Is the rendering available on its own?
It is part of fulfilment rather than a product of its own, and every API customer gets it.
Do you ship outside the euro area?
Today we ship to the eleven countries above — all euro, all SEPA, all inside the customs union, which is what keeps customs and duty out of your buyer's experience. Adding a country is a business decision, so ask.
How do returns work?
They come back to you, at your return address, under your returns policy. Marked goods are made for one buyer, so what happens next is a commercial matter between us.
