You pay for files and for live shops.
Every price we publish is on this page. Artwork is priced per file, the licence per live shop, and the API at the catalogue price plus the marking — so the meter starts with the work and stops with it.
Every line on the invoice is work you ordered.
A quiet month costs you nothing and a busy one costs exactly what you ordered, because every charge is attached to a file or to a live shop. The usual model in the artwork trade sells a plan per person per month instead, and a studio of four on a €29 plan spends €116 every month before a single file exists.
Files, priced per file
24 to 48 hours, one speed. Complex work is quoted before it starts and you accept the quote first.
Vector conversion
The full list is right here on the page, tier by tier, so you can price a job before you send it.
| Tier | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Simple | Flat colours with defined edges. Most club crests, wordmarks and corporate logos land here. | €9.90 |
| Medium | Gradients, fine detail, halftones, or a photographic source that has to be interpreted rather than followed. | €14.90 |
| Complex | The source is too degraded to follow, so the mark is rebuilt from scratch. Quoted before any work begins. | On quote |
Embroidery digitizing
Priced by stitch count, published here in full, with the ceiling that makes the whole thing predictable.
| Stitch count | Price |
|---|---|
| Up to 5,000 | €9.90 |
| Up to 10,000 | €12.90 |
| Up to 15,000 | €15.90 |
| Up to 22,000 | €19.90 |
| Above 22,000 | €19.90 + €1 per additional 1,000 |
| Maximum, any design | €29.90 |
The rule is continuous, so the price rises smoothly with the stitch count, and the ceiling binds at 32,000 stitches. Above that the price holds at €29.90.
Shops and orders
One is licensed per live shop. The other is priced at the catalogue price plus the marking.
Platform Licence
€15 per live shop per month, or €11 paid annually, from 100 shops. Setup and implementation are quoted against your catalogue, your factories and your existing systems. Below that volume the Fulfilment API is almost certainly the better fit, and it is ready to integrate today.
Fulfilment API
Catalogue price for the garment, plus the marking. Those two lines are the whole invoice. Volume rebates apply and are agreed in the contract rather than published, because they follow from what you actually ship — and minimum volume is agreed the same way, per enquiry.
Terms that apply to all of it
- VAT
- Every price on this page excludes VAT. EU business customers outside the United Kingdom are invoiced under the reverse charge, so you account for it locally.
- Billing
- Monthly invoice, settled by SEPA direct debit. You are billed in arrears, for what you ordered.
- Commitment
- Artwork is order by order — one file or a thousand. The Platform Licence is an annual agreement, which is what the annual rate reflects.
- Quotes
- Where a price says on quote, the quote comes before the work and you accept it first. Every job starts on a price you have already agreed.
Requesting information takes a minute. You will need an account, a confirmed email address and your company's VAT number.
No EU VAT number? Use the contact page — it is open to everyone, and a company outside the euro area is just as welcome.
The price you see is the price you pay.
An account takes a minute and costs nothing. Licence and API enquiries need a confirmed email and your company VAT number; everything else is open.
